Beautiful dinner for one - great cocktails, duck filet was so juicy, delicious desert. Not to mention the olive oil they served with the bread - I only tasted such high quality olive oil in Istria.
I really liked this restaurant hidden in a corner, I actually went to three other restaurants rated above 4.5 by Google Maps, they were all fully booked at 7:00pm on Sunday. I passed Boxwood and went in for a table, the staffs were very friendly and inviting, and I got a corner table of my choice. I tried some local sausage as the appetizer, and had a catfish for the main course, which was very tender and fresh👍👍 The dessert Terrine also was very delicious, perfect after a seafood dinner. Their amenities, especially the wall papers were quite unique, so I took some photos, they looked exotic in India or somewhere in the Far East. All in all, it’s a great restaurant! Maybe underrated? I give it a high 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Cheers!
Overrated. We tried the Sylvester-menu. Traditional modern cuisine, well presented, but disaponting taste : no fine flavors, no finishing touch, nothing surprising. Dinner started badly: without being asked for, the waiter recommended one of both menus. We paid 140 euro pp, what was largely overrated. 80 pp would have been correct. The 70's and 80's funk and disco didn't match the food.
